Shipping
We deliver all over India.
- Free shipping on orders of ₹1099 and above.
- On smaller orders a standard shipping charge is added. We tell you the exact amount on WhatsApp before you pay.
- We usually pack and send your order within 2 to 3 working days.
- Delivery then takes about 4 to 8 working days, depending on where you live.
- Once your parcel is on its way, we send you the tracking details on WhatsApp.
Payment
Orders are paid in advance by UPI or bank transfer. We send you the details on WhatsApp when you order. We do not offer cash on delivery.
Exchanges
If a size does not fit, message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery and we will swap it for another size, as long as that size is in stock.
- The piece needs to be unworn and unwashed, with its tags still on.
- Please send it back in its original packing.
- You pay to send it back to us, and we pay to send the new size to you.
Damaged or wrong item
We check every piece before we pack it. If something still arrives damaged, or it is not what you ordered, message us within 2 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or give you a refund.
Returns and refunds
As a small shop, we cannot take returns for a change of mind. Refunds are for damaged or wrong items only, and go back the way you paid, usually within 5 to 7 working days.
