What we collect
This website does not ask you for anything. There are no accounts, sign-up forms or payment pages on it.
When you order from us on WhatsApp or Instagram, we see what you share there: your name, phone number, delivery address and the details of your order.
What we do with it
We use your details only to confirm, pack and deliver your order, and to reply to your messages. We give your name, address and phone number to the courier who delivers your parcel, and to no one else. We never sell your details.
The website itself
The website has no advertising and no tracking cookies. It is hosted by Cloudflare, and its fonts come from Google Fonts. Like any website, they receive basic technical details, such as your IP address, when your browser loads a page.
Removing your details
Message us on WhatsApp and ask us to delete your details, and we will, except for anything the law requires us to keep, such as order records.
